At Kyotobrew, everything we bake is made from scratch, daily, with whole ingredients from producers who care about their craft as much as we do.

EGGS

Pasture-raised eggs from Cedar Ridge Farm give our pastries and quiche their depth of flavor. Just East of Dallas, their hens roam freely on lush pastures with plenty of fresh air and sunshine.

FLOUR

All of our baked goods use only King Arthur flour, known for their rigorous standards in quality and responsible sourcing. It’s never bleached or bromated, and contains no artificial preservatives.

MILK

The milk used in your drinks and food comes from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows free from GMOs and antibiotics. Mill-King creamery is a family-run Texas dairy known  for their cream-top milk that is clean and full of flavor.

KOLACHES

We wrap our milk bread around a craft sausage from Kuby’s sausage house, a Dallas staple. Their house-made sausages are filled with only the best ingredients, with recipes handed down for over ten generations.

Our philosophy

Every ingredient we use tells the same story: that where things come from matters, and that care at the source makes its way into everything we make. Every producer we work with was chosen deliberately. Cedar Ridge Farm, King Arthur, Kuby's Sausage House. They share the same commitment to craft and quality that Kyotobrew is built on. When you taste one of our pastries or bite into a kolache, that sourcing is present in every layer of it. We built Kyotobrew around that standard.
