At Kyotobrew, we partner with farmers, roasters, millers, and producers who care about their craft as much as we do.
Our Coffee
We partner with Cultivar Coffee, a Dallas roastery known for their expert small-batch roasting and close relationships with coffee producers around the world.
CULTIVAR COFFEE01
Our Matcha
We traveled to Japan to immerse ourselves in the art of matcha, where we met with matcha farmers and learned the art of Japanese tea ceremony. Our matcha is sourced from farms in Uji and stone-milled using traditional methods.

Our Syrups
We prepare our fruit syrups from whole fruit, and our caramel sauce from cream and sugar. Our mocha sauce is made using Callebaut chocolate, the Belgian chocolatier known for high-traceability through their cocoa supply chain.

Dairy
The milk used in your drinks and food comes from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows free from GMOs and antibiotics. Mill-King creamery is a family-run Texas dairy known for their cream-top milk that is clean and full of flavor.
MILL-KING MILK04
Pasture-raised eggs from Cedar Ridge Farm give our pastries and quiche their depth of flavor. All baked goods are made using only King Arthur flour, which is never bleached or bromated and free from artificial preservatives.

Award-winning Cocktails
Our cocktail program was crafted by George Kaiho, an award-winning Japanese-Texan mixologist known for his innovative style. We merge classic cocktails with Japanese ingredients and spirits to create drinks that are fun but also approachable.
“You’ll want to stay awhile in the Japanese-inspired space. Maybe bring an unpleasant task you want to make pleasant, like taxes or the untangling of a love affair. Start with matcha that tastes like nutty earth swirled with ice, then smooth over the financial hit (or heartbreak) with a yuzu Old Fashioned.”
